Sample Question: A group of doctors do not agree with president Obama?s proposed health care. These doctors who are united states citizens create a letter to petition the president to not propose his health care bill. These doctors place this petition on line where thousands of people read it and sign their names to it in support of the petition. The president has become aware of the petition and as could be expected is angry. In response to the petition, the president of the united states orders the FBI to arrest every person who signed the petition. Which amendment would apply to this situation? Are president Obama?s actions in violation of this amendments?.
