I guess my question is....does priviege even come into play once my boyfriend waived the right to it?. And yes, I am somewhat involved in the case and will probably be called as a witness for the defense if it goes to trial.. . And how the heck is it against privilege for me to call and ask to set up an appointment time? I am sure admin assistants often set up appointments between their employeer and their attorneys..
