  • Robert E. Fleck graduated from Harvard Law School in 1958. He married and came back to Cleveland to work as a small business, tax, and trial lawyer with a small commercial law firm run by Homer Marshman, the then largest shareholder of the Cleveland Browns.

He had obtained his B.A. at Western Reserve University, (now Case Western Reserve), in 1953, magna cum laude. He was Phi Beta Kappa his Junior year, and received the Omicron Delta Kappa Key at graduation. He served two years in the U.S. Navy as the Radio Officer/Crypto Officer aboard the Aircraft Carrier U.S.S. Hornet.

In 1965 he had a chance encounter with Richard T. Reminger, his college classmate, and soon joined practice with him and his father. The firm incorporated in 1972 and he became vice-president, director, and legal counsel for the firm. He continued in those positions, working in many areas of defense trial work, and business, tax and estate planning practice until 1991, when he became 'of counsel'.

Resume or cover letter?

I want to keep my full name, but just add a second name to my 'first name'. The name is after a Roman emperor whom I admire, I don't have a specific reason as to why I want to change it

Professional Letter Template?

HOW TO WRITE A KICK-ASS LOVE LETTER. . 1. Presentation. Use beautiful stationery (a neutral, soft color, such as cream or white) and a flair pen with black or brown ink--no blues, greens or reds! Remember, your Love Letter is being written to someone special. Hand-written letters are best. This is personal--you are not writing a business letter!. . 2. Ambience. Go to a secluded place and put on soft, romantic music. A quiet room would be nice. Dim the lights. Stimulate a romantic mood.. . 3. Keepsake. Date your Love Letter (month, day, year). This is a letter that will be treasured and remembered. You can bet that it will be read over and over and safeguarded in a special place.. . 4. Greeting. Choose an endearing salutation. Don't be formal. Use you love's first name. For example: "My dearest Jennifer
