• Timothy E. Hawks received his B.A. from Georgetown University and his J.D. from the University of Iowa. He is the author of "Future Damages in ADEA Cases", Marquette Law Review (1986) and is a frequent lecturer on the topics of union and employment law. Prior to engaging in private practice, he served on the staff of the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission.

  A member of the Iowa and Wisconsin Bars, he is a past chair and a Union representative director of the State Bar's Labor and Employment Law Section. Mr. Hawks is a contributing author to "Wisconsin Employment Law," a three-volume treatise published by the State Bar of Wisconsin in 1994. He taught a labor relations course entitled "Industrial Relations in the Public Sector" for students enrolled in the Masters in Human Resources/Labor Relations Program at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.

  Representative clients include AFT-Wisconsin, Professional Firefighters of Wisconsin, Green Bay Education Association, Madison Teachers', Inc., and a number of attorneys' unions.

well noor....i met more than 100 ppl for sure..but trust needs a lot of things...it needs time..i must know the person for long to trust him/her..... and trust needs proof....i need to witness situations where i can see that he/she got my back and worthy of my trust...... am not acting like a queen,but really i was so naiev...beliveing that as long as i dnt do anybody any wrond he/she'ill be good to me...... i know 1 or 2 is not fair and not enough at all....but i didn't find others and said:sorry i have enough . :(. . edit:ok you have a point but there's a proverb ya noor it says:"te3raf folan?...a3rafo...3asherto?la2...... yob2a mate3rafosh". u know what i mean?......i suppoes that he/she's good at first and then wait and see...either prove to be good friend or stab me ion the back so i leave it that way...... edit:. gah mn kotr el nadal elly fel denya.....da elly fa2a3 el masal da akid byfham...we a7'ad zonab b3omro..heheh. there's adifference between choosing friends and choosing someone to trust....yes i choose my friends the way you said..but trusting...ya noor de kelma kbera awy we mohema...when i say trust i mean i trust him with everything my money,my family..myself tb3n!!!. knowing that i can always count on him.....so dnt tell me that you're living in the "la la" land where everybody is nice and trust worthy......
