Also write a letter in a formal format. Here is a sample I made up for you.. . Dear Hiring Manager,. My name is Jane Doe and I recently at your store on March 20th 2012 for your (insert location).. I would really appreciate you to review my application. I am a very outgoing person who is dependable.. I chose to apply to American Eagle because (insert info like product knowledge and why you like American Eagle).. I know I will be asset to your store. I would to arrange an interview at your convenience. . Please call me at_______ so we can set up an interview.. . Thank you for time,. Jane Doe. . I would personally deliver this letter~. . When you call them state your name a few times so they remember your name like at the beginning and end of conversation.. Tell them when you applied for the position.. Tell them you are still interested in the position.. If they tell you it has been filled...say thank you and ask them to keep your application on file.. .
