A. - X. B. - Q. C. - X. D. - D. . Why? In A through C, those are the only letters where parts of the letter cross over other parts, like the line in the Q that crosses over the circle. In D, the D is the only letter with a curve. Of course, that's just my opinion. Sample C could be R for the same reason.

please tell us the format of the form. if that's jpeg or picture file then there is a possibiltiy using photoshop.. or even you can open it in MSPAINT. where you want to enter the text use the text tool.... . i dont get that what type of non-interactive form you have.

His doctor can help make a decision as to his level of care. Sounds like maybe a nurse coming into the home a couple times a week would be adequate.

I don't know if you would be able to or not, however, i am not sure what you would accomplish if you were to re-open a settled trust (that you were omitted from), simply because you have discovered that there was a pour over will? - Since pour over wills are typically used in conjunction with a trust, as a type of safety net or "catch all" to catch any remaining/unknown/forgotten assets that a person might have had left (outside the trust), by simply "pouring them over" or transferring them, into the trust itself, (which, you state that you were already omitted from), upon their death.... . So, unless you were specifically listed/named in the pour over will, as a beneficiary of any of those remaining assets? (if there even was any), then, unfortunately, i don't see how the pour over will would not make any difference to you, anyway.

This is just another hidden tax on the American people. I think some people need to sit down and actually add up all the taxes/fees they pay throughout the year including the not so obvious ones they would be shocked.
