It might be money well spent. The lawyer will remind you that "as is" means that the seller might leave you with major repairs. If the sale takes 2 months, you have to protect yourself

Ok so I saw this ad on the newspaper about an open position as a quality control person for this produce company. I called them today and the guy told me to come on monday for an interview. I asked him what I should bring with me and he said a resume. Should I also include a cover letter? Or are cover letters just for trying to get an interview? If I do decide to write a cover letter how should I hand it to them? Should I put the letter and my resume in a folder or what? Should I include a cover page too or something? Im bringing the resume to the interview for sure so should I put that in a folder? And should I put anything else in the folder or just the resume?.

I'm going to make a personal website and start with one of those flash templates. I wonder if you can help me: What's the best / easiest / smartest choice for me? I don't do blogging for what that's worth, and I'm very used to frontpage (I know, I know). But, given it's a brand new website, and it's going to start from a flash template, what's best? Frontpage, Dreamweaver, Wordpress? I don't know a thing about wordpress or joomla by the way.

I think that the best thing about online classes is the flexible schedule they allow. However, you can only be successful in them if you can motivate yourself to study and do your assignments. It's not as easy to recall deadlines when you're not sitting in a lecture class three times a week, and you must know how to use your time wisely. Your success will also depend on how you learn. If you are great at reading information and retaining it, you will be fine, but if you are more of an auditory learner, you might have some issues. Some professors make videos of themselves lecturing for supplementary material, but you can't count on it. But if you are an auditory learner, don't worry, because there are other ways to still be successful in online classes. Your university may offer free tutoring paid for by your tuition. Many students visit tutors on their own time to make up for the face-to-face interaction they are missing in a classroom.. . As for difficulty, I feel that the material covered and the professor make the class easy, moderate, or difficult. For example, I took a three credit hour freshman level wellness class last year and I spent no more than two hours per week working on assignments, and when it came time to take the exams, I found the midterm and final to be extremely easy. However, this year, I took a junior level English class online at the same university and I was writing 7-8 page papers twice a week on top of attending my other normal lecture classes. My friends who were taking the same class with different professors told me that they only wrote three papers for the entire semester. In short, difficulty will vary from professor to professor.. . Testing can be very hard, but again, it just depends on your professor. Some like to make tests (and assignments) more difficult to make up for the time you don't spend in class, but it's up to your professor's discretion. Testing can also be administered differently from class to class. Some professors like their students to take a proctored test, where the student sits in a room alone to take a test administered by a proctor. Most professors I've encountered administer online tests through Blackboard or a similar site, however, some may require you to download a browser that does not let you switch windows or open tabs while taking the test.. . I feel that one disadvantage to online classes is the lack of classmate interaction you receive. Study groups are hard to form because you don't see your classmates every day. However, online classes usually have discussion boards, and if you are looking for a study buddy, you can post there and see if you can find someone in your area to study with you. Your classmates are probably looking for someone to study with as well.. . Personally, I love online classes because of their flexibility, but if you need structure and social interaction, it might not be the best thing for you. However, if you can motivate yourself to work, you will be successful. Best of luck to you! :)

The contract is not binding, you can't legally sign any contracts, even registering a business needs to be done by your guardian.

I found BakosGroup to have poor communication and they produced a resume for me that had numerous errors. ?When I asked for 'revisions' to address those concerns, they became increasingly short with me until my most recent contact, where I got a revision attached to an email with nothing in the body. ?Literally, nothing. I liken it to a restaurant server who, when asked to have something recooked, returns to the table and slams it down in front of you - walking away without a word. ?This is the level of 'service' I got from this company. ?Regardless of your feelings about a customer, any business should maintain decorum and professionalism when dealing with what you perceive as a customer that is difficult to please. It's a resume. I should be demanding perfection in my personal branding document.. . Has anyone noticed them posting fake reviews? Was my experience an isolated one?.
