estate planning

That said, I know a handful of folks who do residential property rental well: (1) knowledgeable about the rental marketplace and the neighborhoods in which they buy, (2) very well organized -- either running it as a full time business themselves or hiring employees or professionals to do it for them, and (3) focus on cash management and cash flow. Less than 50% down on a property is rare (I do 100% cash down) and almost all of them stick to properties they can rent in the middle of the market ($1000 to $1500 a month, here)

Save the ones that work for you. Rename them like Joe Smith Resume 06112012 or Joe Smith Cover Letter 06112012. Do not name it my resume or my cover letter since they will get about 200 named my resume and will not be able to find your ever again.

"his gross income was enough that he had to file a tax return". . *license, permit, licence - a legal document giving official permission to do something. . *letters patent, patent - an official document granting a right or privilege. . *judgement, legal opinion, opinion, judgment - the legal document stating the reasons for a judicial decision

Roomate contract?

If the broker finds out about that, you will owe the commission.. . Any buyer you discover while under contract will be considered by the broker as commission triggering. You are defrauding your broker because he/she has an exclusive agreement to sell the store. You have no right to sell the store while under contract.. . To avoid the commission, wait at least 6 months after the contract expires. Check the laws in your state to see if you have to wait longer than 6 months. Better yet, just pay the commission.

I would just leave it blank, to be honest. Don't worry about it... and it's not much better or worse than any other place you'd be able to go for a first job. Good luck.
