What exactly is the new bill going to do? I have somewhat of an idea, but I guess I still don't completely understand it.. . Also, what is your opinion on this? Is this a good change, or will it be a disaster?.

This is an example of a professional email that was sent within my place of business. The company was so thrilled with his professionalism, that the individual was promoted. Certain portions of this email have been blanked out for obvious reasons:. . Will someone please tell me who I have to blow to get Work orders looked at? I submitted this last Wednesday (to ** *****) and it hasn?t gotten any updates, approvals, or night work emails describing why. I?ve changed the assignment group to ** **** ****** in hopes that it will now get some attention.

I got a letter in the mail from a collections agency at the beginning of the week. It said that i owed for "breaking my contract" for my old cell phone service. . I DID end the contract, but it was within the 30 day grace period (after I extended my plan and changed my number due to harassing callers I had a lot of problems with the service).. I called my company and found out that it wasn't a bill from the carrier, it was from the company who sold me the service (at a mall kisok). he also stated that a batch of phony collections letters went out the same time i got mine.. I have NEVER received a bill from the company, and this letter states that they have contacted me several times, as has the collection agency.. I keep trying to call the number on the letter to resolve the issue since i did not breach my contract, but i all i get is an answering machine. I left my name and phone number, but no one has replied to me (i've tried every day this week).. The letter is unsigned, no rep's to contact or extension numbers.. . They also state that by bill will be increased by 50% if i don't pay within 15 days.. . I don't know how to approach this, i want to get this issue resolved in case it IS real, but i don't want to shell out $350 to a phony company or to a REAL company that doesn't have the facts straight (that I breeched their contract)?. . How do I find out if it is a real company?. the phone message states that they are a collection agency, and the letter says that they are a collection agency, but the letterhead is from the wireless company i purchased the service from.. . also, when i call the voicemail, the machine says: " you've reached (mumbled name) im not at my desk leave your name number and a brief message (blah blah blah)... if you would like to make a payment, leave your information".
