I changed my surname 6 months ago by deed poll and now i really need to change it back to my birth surname i was wondering if it is possible to change it back with my doctor and medical information with just my birth cirtificate and pass port and recent bank statement with name and adress on it? as i need it changed by next week i havent got enough time to change it again by deed poll :| its URGENT!! Thanks :).

if you absolutely cannot manage to do so, then staple all the pages of the cover letter together.. . You can put both in an envelope (preferably without folding them, if you have an appropriate-sized envelope, but if you must, you must -- and that's fine).. . You can also Google business etiquette sites to get more information. Some really traditional folks will tell you never to staple anything, but most will say it's OK.

How about if this sibling who is contesting this, and refusing to sign the probate papers, is Mentally ill, and making up stories about power of attorney, just to take control, then what? There are three siblings here, and only one is refusing to sign the papers, as well as trying to declare power of attorney incompetent. How long will probate be then, if this occurs, since bills and everything else must be paid? The will is clear, and states exactly what it wants, however there is no end clause in it.
