Well, that's a complex one. First though, you can sign any Power of Attorney you wish but no one has to honor it. Let's guess Wal*Mart sees no real downsides for them and does, but guess that someone selling a home to her might perceive a downside and shy away. Insurance companies will all have their own policies dealing with the subject and those might vary in the companies according to the type of insurances sought.. . The point would be for you to tell her to try other insurance companies until she finds one that will work with it. Or one that send the documents to you for signature and accept her as the person they will actually deal with. It's hard to see how a life insurance policy couldn't be made to work that way.. . But medical insurance is another story. Naturally, your aunt can seek private medical insurance but that can be fairly expensive. She might be trying to get her covered by a policy her employer provides and subsidizes and is, therefore, likely much cheaper than a privately obtained policy. May offer better benefits for the money. Or some combination of those benefits. For that to happen though, it is very likely she would have to have full custody of her in order for the insurance company to be willing to add her in and for her employer to be willing to chip in some of the premium.. . So there's a pickle. I have no idea what circumstances led to your aunt having possession of your daughter and your relationship with her. Presumably it is a cooperative relationship and she desires to do well by your daughter. Still, surrender custody and you may never get it back. Certainly you would be rather at your aunt's mercy regarding it. You have to factor that in.. . So if there is any doubt at all on your part about surrendering full custody of her, you should suggest she find a private medical insurance plan and offer to pay, or pay as much as feasible, the extra cost above what your aunt's job's plan would cost.. . By the way, she has no need whatever of life insurance. That is for covering burial costs and replacing income lost by a family when a provider dies (or providing for care costs if the primary caregiver dies) as well as perhaps paying off a mortgage. Her only needs would be a nice burial and the odds of needing that are very low. Seems likely the life insurance your aunt mentions is attached to the medical insurance she can get at work. Medical insurance companies ALWAYS toss in a ridiculously priced, tiny death benefit. Like $5 a month for $10,000 benefit. You could get a $500,000 policy for, say, $35 a month so that's more than seven times the price. So I will bet your aunt is only really concerned with medical insurance and once over that hump, you should get some easing on the plaintive wails of "I need full custody for (fill in the blank) reason."

i need some where were i can make a free website.

My daughter was a professional model in NY for a few years until she gave it up to go to college. It's a tough industry. It's better if you and your parents can get to NYC in person. Most of the agencies have an open call day where you show up and they look at you. If they see something they are interested in they will talk to you. If you can't get to NYC take some pictures of yourself with a digital camera. If you have long hair pull it back. Wear little makeup. They want to see your face as it naturally is. Mail them your pictures. They will respond by sending your picture back with a letter to either get yourself to their company or a letter saying thanks but no thanks. NEVER pay for a portfolio. If an agency is interested in you they will contract the pictures themselves. A professional models portfolio does not look like a book with a bunch of pictures in it. It is usually one or two sheets with many different, small pictures on it. So don't let a photographer rip you off. Also never pay to get signed by an agency. The legitimate ones pay you, you don't pay them. Also don't pay for modeling school. They can not guarantee you a contract. I hope this advice helps. Also since I am a mom myself I am worried about you. You posted this on a national web site. Please remember there are predators out there. Do not under any circumstance meet with anyone who is claiming to be an agent on this web site. Discuss this with your parents. The modeling world is hard, lots of drugs, alcohol etc.....Please be careful.

Get a Health Care Power of Attorney form from any hospital or Dr's office. Fill it out, and discuss your decisions with the person you're appointing. You just need 2 people to witness your signature. No notary, no lawyer needed. Some hospitals even provide a social service person to help you fill it out, but an appt is generally needed. This is all free of charge. Make copies. You should have one, your appointee, and your Dr should have copies.
