I'm an individual who will be buying rental properties, and buying properties that I will flip. I plan to hold each rental through a separate legal entitity (LLC) which will be owned by another legal ("parent, if you will) entity (LLC) to protect me and each property from the liabilities of the others.

I have a job at a busy cafe as a waitress/cleaner. It's nice but I'm only 15 and I don't want a job. I have only worked there for half a year and I have not had a single free weekend. I work a 7 hour shift on saturday and one on sunday every weekend and it is very stressful, tiring and boring. I have wanted to quit for a long time but I don't know how to approach my manager, or what to say to her. I don't have a legitimate reason for quitting, I am just really lazy and I would rather spend my weekends outdoors, doing light exercise, reading and relaxing ... not in a stressful cafe. When and how can I approach my manager? What is the nicest way to quit?.

You need to send the revocation to whomever you have filed the original POA with. Link below to free form that you can copy into your word processing package and complete.. . If you originally received the POA through an attorney, it would probably be good money to go through them to revoke it as well.. . You will need to have your signature notarized to make it binding. You can probably go to your financial institution and have them do this for you.. . Good luck.

I want to know who can tell me where can I create a font of my handwriting on computer!... plzz tell me ...!!... thanks"" oh... it has to b freee!.

I am asking this because I really want to get into real estate and I know the exonomy is bad and people are being layed off left and right. I just don't want to get a property and lose my job just to be told that i can't collect unemployment because of real estate income when that only covers the mortgage and fees. if that happens it means i would have $0 and eat through all my savings and have no money comming in. any thoughts or suggestions? oh i am in massachusetts. also, to be more specific is right now i get real estate today then in 5 months from now they lay me off. that is the situation i mean. i dont want to get caught not getting unemployment. oh my god i can't get an intelligent answer here. if one is like most at risk at losing a job which everyone is unless you work for yourself then it still might not be a bad idea to think long term. real estate is done for cashflow and tax incentives. going back to my question if one loses a job but owns real estate and gets money comming in and its used to pay off the mortgage then say after that mortgage and expenses are paid and you end up with say $0 does that rental income count agains your collecting unemployment. please somebody give a simple intelligent answer. i am sure it is no but i just want to be sure.
