• I have focused on commercial litigation and appellate work in the 38 years since completing a judicial clerkship in Miami . My practice includes litigation involving contract disputes, employment agreements, commercial construction, securities, antitrust and intellectual property law, both in state and federal court, in Central Florida. I conduct both jury and non-jury trials, including jury trials of patent and trademark matters. I am Board Certified by The Florida Bar as a civil trial lawyer (1983) and a business litigation lawyer (1997). My appellate practice includes appeals resulting from cases I handled in the lower courts, as well as matters referred by trial counsel for both state and federal courts. From 1983 through 1985, I served as an Adjunct Professor in intellectual properties at Stetson University Law School , and have continued to lecture on business litigation topics for The Florida Bar, including restrictive covenants and securities matters.

• Addison & Howard, P.A., is a local law firm with its office in downtown Tampa, Florida. The firm was established in 1992. There are two attorneys on staff--Michael C. Addison and Laura H. Howard. Mr. Addison and Ms. Howard provide a broad range of legal services to individuals and business clients located in many Florida counties, including Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, and Sarasota.   Mr. Addison received his degree in chemical engineering in 1969 from Iowa State University, and received his juris doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 1972. Mr. Addison moved to Tampa following a 2-year judicial clerkship with the Honorable C. Clyde Atkins in Miami. He began his practice in commercial litigation at that time, and subsequently became known for his experience, dedication to problem solving, and even-handed approach to litigation. Many of his client relationships begin with a referral from another attorney. He is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Civil Trial Law and a Business Litigation Law.

  Ms. Howard joined the firm in 2008 as a senior attorney, bringing a fresh perspective on litigation and depth with her legal research skills. Ms. Howard is a graduate of the law school in Costa Rica, as well as the Stetson University College of Law. She served as a staff attorney in the United States District Court for the Middle District in Tampa. Ms. Howard is fluent in Spanish.

okay i just bought the tilt off of my friend "i used to have a razr" i have unlimited texing but i dont have a internet plan but i dont plan on using the internet . will the texting cost anything extra or wil the plan i have still work.

i need to download appeal forms against a summonds heard in my absence.

When I try to Google it I get lots of "FREE" downloads, coming up but they all are commercial ads.. Surely there must be a genuine site?. I'm so sorry, - I omitted saying I'm in UK, and US law sites are not applicable

There are 2 ways of doing the "big letters".. I have only used 1 way, but a trusted friend told me another way (that only works for certain people).. The way she taught me was Hold down shift, press (3), and then the letter you want to make big. For me I always get something like (#N).. Now, the way I know how to do it is: Hold down (alt) then press 1-5-5, on the number pad. Then let go of alt. Press and hold on alt again, and then press 0-2-#-# the last 2 numbers depend on the letter you want to make.. for example if I do ( alt+1-5-5, then alt+0-2-0-7) I would get Big "A". So really, you start of with 0207, and continue on for the next, example B=0208, C=0209, etc... Hope I helped, msg me if you need an even more detailed answer.

And yes it was Assistants mostly but there was a Jag Officer there talking to us aswell.
