    Medical power of attorney gives the person/s designated the right to speak on your behalf and control your medical needs only. Guardianship gives them or someone total control of your affairs financially, medical, and all other aspects of your life. Your parents would have to have you declared incompetent in court in order to get either if you refuse to sign the permission. What they would have to prove would be entirely up to the judge but basically that it would threaten your physical as well as financial condition without it.}{

    What is the best way to look for a Job?

    Im worried because ive been here 3 years and im planning on having a baby so would get full benefits due to length of time ive been here. Under a new contract, i would be new or on a probation for 3 months.. . This reeks of unfairness and I wonder what rights I have? My current contract is very basic and says nothing about what happens if the company changes. Last year, one of the co-owners of this branch left and the contracts were altered a little because of that (we didnt get a choice).. . Thanks for any advice.. Ed Fox - Yes, it would be unfair. I signed up with this company and shouldnt be penalised because my boss wants to effectively shut down one day and reopen the next day under a new name. Loyal employees who have put in years accrue better rights than those who are 'new' with the company. How is this fair? .

    Cooey! Lovely to see you back I am going to celebrate with a nice cup of tea
