Schools require LEGAL certificates, a copy you fill in is not a legal document. You can go to the town hall where you were born and get one, about 10 bucks I think. If you have moved from there, you can find the vital records link for the town hall and follow instructions from there.

You don't indent, as you may have noticed. Instead, you double space between paragraphs. That's what I am doing here. There was an older format which included indentations, but that has been largely replaced by block format, which is what I am using.. . Be sure to separate items into paragraphs, just as I am doing in this example. Since it's a fairly straightforward subject, you shouldn't need too many paragraphs. One to state you want the change, another to discuss briefly the reasons why you need the change, and then a third to thank him or her for their attention to the matter and prepare to wrap up your letter.

If the stamps say "1st class" rather than 46p you can use them to post a first class letter. A First Class stamp is a receipt for posting a letter first class whenever you bought the stamp.. . However, this "large letter" rip off means you'll have to stick 2 stamps on it.. . You'd only need one stamp to post a normal letter.

Does anyone know if veterans receiving disability compensation benefits need to report that to Arizona DES?

Most of the websites ( example careerbuilder) asks about coverletter as an option . It doesn't seem like it's required

If something happens in emergency and patient's status is unknown means whether it is unknown that he wants to be resuscitated or not, Family members can be asked about his wish whether he has ever expressed the wish to be DNR,or living will or advanced directives can be checked if patient has any. Court can also be contacted in emergency to get the orders from them. If it is very very urgent and patient's wishes are unknown or there is no time to ask the court and no family members available, physician himself makes the decision and unless patient has any documented evidence of DNR, mostly doctors would go ahead and resuscitate him.
