I too have never heard of having to write a formal letter to explain your side of a minor accident. All you should have to do is give a verbal report to your insurance agent or to the claims adjuster. I would really question your agent as to why you're being required to write a letter. At the most maybe they have a form you can fill out. Talk to your agent.

i just want to know because i do not like my surname and my middle name... would i have to go through court or something to get it changed officially or could i just go to the solicitors and it would be all sorted from there...? how please help NO DUMB ANSWERS.... . EDIT:. I did give you an alternative to the hyphen, but I forgot to mention that I also think the hyphenate can be a good idea, if it's something you want to do. Grace Rose Smith-Jones, or Grace Rose Jones-Smith, if you want your first three kids to have the same initials as your next children.
