. Hello guys,

how to make an application letter? can you give me some example?

In the rare instance, a judge will decline the name change- he can only legally do this if there is evidence you are a felon, or are attempting to defraud someone. Otherwise, you can resubmit, get a new ruling, because under any other circumstance he has to grant it.

How can i write a formal letter?

Can you have your last name legally changed back to the maiden name before divorce?

You alone are responsible for the contents of your tax return. Had you actually reviewed the return before signing and filing it (or signing the release to e-file) you presumably would have caught the error.. . Many tax pros will cover any penalties if you owe due to an error on their part though they are not legally obligated to do so. Some may even cover the interest. But you alone are responsible for the taxes due.. . Most CPAs carry Errors and Omissions coverage but unless you are looking at thousands in penalties they won't file a claim against the policy.. . FWIW, the damage may not be nearly as bad as the IRS claims. You are taxed on the gain only and if you didn't include Schedule D to report your basis, the IRS uses a basis of $0 and assesses the taxes based upon that incorrect assumption. A correct Schedule D will often result in a significant reduction or even elimination of the tax bill.
