Here's the reality of the real estate industry: Of those who pass the licensing exam, only 50% stay after a year in the business. After 3 years, only 50% of the remainder stay. In other words, most people don't make it or they can't survive or afford it.. . Do you have at least 3-6 months worth of money saved up? If not, then how do you plan to pay for all your expenses (brokerage fee, cell phone bill, car, car insurance, advertising, website, branding, etc) without a job on the side?
