is this an okay notice letter?

Hi. . I agreed to a contract with my employer for 1 1/2 years and it's about midway through my contract and I wish to leave this job. I didn't sign anything but the laws in my province dictates that any verbal agreement is law. I'm a full time contract employee with paid vacation and benefits.. . My question is, is it possible for me to legally leave this job before my contract is finished?. . The reasons I'm leaving is because I'm not happy with my position. There were job requirements in my contract that I would like to perform which I'm not doing. And other tasks that I'm performing which were not in my job requirements.. . Thank you for any help.

Agreement Letter between Employee and Employer. . It is not necessary to have a written employment contract, however it is recommended to have it in black and white so that the employee will have his duties, role and responsibility in writing and this could avoid unnecessary disputes with the employer. The employee and the employer both will have a signed copy. The employee is bound to the employer till the end date on the contract, which is agreed by both the employee and the employer. If the employee has to end the contract he will have to give a notice as decided according to the contract or can end the contract on mutual understanding.. . Employee Employer Agreement. . Employee confidential agreement is a tool of business communication which is prepared with the same end-result in mind. It is good to trust employees and not be doubtful of their intentions

How to Legally Change Your Name. . Can I change my name to anything I want?. . Probably! Everyone has the right to change their name. Typically, you may legally change your name to whatever name you'd like. There are some exceptions, though:. ?Is filing my name change in court required?. No, not in most states, but it is helpful. Most states allow you to legally change your name simply through usage. You can choose a name and just start using it in social settings and in your business. This is a completely legal name change. The problems arise when it comes to government and financial agencies. In current times when identity theft, credit card fraud, and even the fear of terrorist spies are rampant, many financial and government agencies may require legal court documents to prove your identity. Furthermore, there are certain forms of identification, such as a social security card, birth certificate card, and passports, which absolutely will require legal name change documents.
