so far. There is always room for improvement, but so far the VA seems to be working to find out what they need to improve on and have improved it.. . For example they used to have a cattle call style sick call. If you were sick then you would see whatever doctor was on duty at the time. This is the same way it happened in the military. Now, I have one primary care doctor and I see him for all my medical needs.. . I can?t always get an appointment when I want, there is a back log. I am supposed to be regularly scheduled for appointments, but I have recently noticed that system breaking down. You have to order your prescriptions by mail, phone or over the Internet. I haven?t seen a slow down or degrade in the medications available. On the whole I am pleased with my care and I am happy with the VA. However, 5 years ago the standard of care wasn?t that good. I had to work with a pool of doctors, I was switched around between clinics, and it took all day to get your prescription medication. It still takes a while, but most people are regular patients so they can have it mailed to them. You only need to wait for your medication if you are prescribed a new one. The wait time can be 4-5 hours, but that is not too terrible.. . I have noticed the work at the lab has increased, that is the first bottleneck with an increased patient load. Every doctor orders a series of tests prior to seeing their patient. It takes a few hours to conduct those tests and put them into the computer, but in private practice I have seen it take days for results to come back, especially if they have to be sent out to a lab. I have had some tests that needed to be sent out, but most of them are done in the lab and are ready for the doctor to view a couple of hours after the lab appointment.. . It depends on the area, the hospital, the people and the patient load. I am lucky that the Dallas VA is a relatively new hospital. Before the Iraq War Walter Reed was scheduled to be torn down

Yes.....your name is on a recorded public document (Deed of Trust) and the recorded Notice of Default and Notice of Trustee Sale will have your name on it. While the lender may not report your name to the credit agencies, but the Public Record portion of your credit report will state that you have been foreclosed on.. . It will not show up as an eviction, but it will show up as a foreclosure. Also if you stay in the property after the foreclosure (Trustee Sale) and if the new buyer has to legally remove you, you will also have an eviction on your credit record.

I also recently cross-trained as a favor to the management to help cover some understaffed workstations. I accepted this cross train on the precedent that I would still maintain the larger portions of my hours in my preferred workstation. I recieve tips + wage at my preferred position. My alternate position is the same wage, but is not tipped and therefore cuts about 1/4 of my income. They have continued to place me in the less savory position for the majority of my weekly hours due to their constant staffing issues for this area.. . Recently a co-worker in my preferred station was granted the set schedule of his choice, and it directly conflicts with my needs. Hands down, I am a more flexible and reliable employee than my co-worker, and I feel I deserve to have some of my requests fulfilled as a token of appreciation for the favors I have listed.. . How can I convince, or motivate my boss to work with my needs as an employee? I am regularly told what it takes to pacify me, without any good made on their word. My boss does not take well to threats, he is a skillful conversationalist and a persuasive manipulator. Signing an official agreement is out of the question, it has been attempted, and I was made to feel I was insulting my boss. What is the best way to encourage action from my superior without retaliation?

having undue influence over my sibling in matters concerning my parent's property and well-being. My worry is that they would influence my sibling for financial gain. My sibling assures me "I will be taken care of." I trust my sibling, however, I am resolved that we should share power of attorney. How do I obtain dual power of attorney? And how do I do so without offending my sibling?.

Well I do surveys and I do get paid. Sometimes, they might be a little late, but if you politely remind them, they will always pay you. However, that is if you get the legit surveys.
