  • Established more than 80 years ago, our law firm was founded in 1919 by Max E. Greenberg, long considered the founder and "Dean of Construction Law". Cementing its reputation with the enormous number of contract disputes and defaults arising during the Great Depression, the firm developed its expertise in construction-related representation. Since then, the firm has evolved to provide an extensive range of services in the areas of construction and real estate law, together with the general commercial law expertise required to comprehensively represent our clients. Principal partners David A. Trager. Todd L. Herbst and Kalvin Kamien joined the firm in 1963, 1977 and 1979 respectively, adding over 90 years of focused, real word expertise and capability.

You can request your name change prior to the ceremony, so the certificate shows the name you want.. However it is not 100% that it will happen in time - and will most likely delay the swearing in to another time.. . That said, there is nothing (other than cost) to prevent you from changing your name later via the courts. It will not retroactively change the certificate - but you can change your name later if you want.

I even enlisted a copy editor from the NY Times to review my resume and cover letter but still no success..

can i edit the caption of those template using "Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004" ?????.

My uncle was diagnosed with dementia several years ago and is now in declining health. He is the owner of the house he lives with my aunt and his is the only name on the deed. He has steadily refused to engage in any type of estate planning and is currently becoming more paranoid and irrational. My aunt is the sole caretaker and has been the only person earning income to support her family for nearly ten years. Under these circumstances, is there any recourse under US law in which my aunt can ask that some type of power of attorney, will or other form of estate planning be created so that she can avoid having her husband pass away interstate?.

Thank you for your assistance..
