employment

i want to learn how could i draft nicely.

...a job listing on job search websites such as monster or hotjobs, for instance. I've asked a few people and I'm getting conflicting opinions regarding this. Some people say it's necessay to include a cover letter because it helps you stand out from the pack and that some employers will delete a person's application if there's no cover letter. Others say that employers are busy enough as is and don't want to read through cover letters and will appreciate if you make their job easier by just submitting your resume. Which is the correct answer?.

Do you like my poem? Please be blunt!!!?

What do I put in a cover letter for a job application?!?

help please :) FYI were planning on going there in DEC.

I need to create a business proposal 2-4 pages long. HELP!!.
