Real Estate Company question?

I'm not a lawyer, and my advice is probably worth what you're paying for it, but here's my take on it:. . This guy is trying to shake you down, or he's nuts. Maybe both. He might or might not have actually paid for this lawyer to write a letter. I know that I can find templates of all sorts of legal letters on the internet for free. I am also able to spoof an email address, if I should feel the need to.. . I'd reply and say that you do not intend to do anything right now, much less post an apology or meet other demands, but that if he wants to start something, you'll finish it. That is, you'll get your own counsel, you'll ask YouTube to put the DMCA claim back in, you will examine all of his YouTube videos for other violations and if you find them, you'll let the other people know about them.

How do I go about getting power of attorney over someone in jail? Is it something that needs to be notarized or is it just a simple form that can be mailed?. Thanks!!.

. etc... . This is all i got so far. I have no idea what to write. can someone help me?. . Thank you..

I have never heard of having custody of an adult even when they have learning difficulties, you can get power of attourney if the person has been medically assessed and is incapable of making decisions, but I have never heard of it in this senario,I would contact a lawyer too

Most Sincerely,
