what's the difference between a mere agreement and a contractual agreement?
Doing business with IRS?
Or do I even have one?. Thanks for your help..
I was married in the USA and have a US marriage certificate. I live in Australia and want to change my name to my husband's last name. BDM suggested that I could not do this with an international marriage certificate (it's official, issued by the court...not just the decorative one you receive on the day) and would instead need to pay to change my name by deed poll?!. Has anyone has experience with using their international marriage certificate to successfully change their name in Australia? I have not yet tried taking it to relevant organisations (RTA, Medicare, banks etc) to see if they allow it.. I went to Medicare and they changed it for me! No questions asked. Will try the RTA today, and I figure once I have a licence and Medicare card that's 100 pts of ID and the rest will be a breeze?! Thanks for advice..
(A) A person who desires to change his name may petition, in writing, a family court judge in the appropriate circuit, setting forth the reason for the change, his age, his place of residence and birth, and the name by which he desires to be known.
how long does a power of attorney valid? Does it valid forever? Any special suggestion to cancel a power of attorney? Please advise urgently. Thank You.
