If I ever get married I don't want to change my last name. It would make me feel that I'm his possession or something, and I hate that idea..

I'm in California and wanted to know what forms I need to file to obtain an injunction on a Copyright.?

I want to become a Value Added Reseller (VAR) and offer hardware with my software product. How?

Need to find proof of name changed by statutory declaration 25yrs ago, anyone know how best to go about this?

yes, they change last name, when they get married, but the middle name stays the same, because it's her father's first name, when after marriage only a woman's father's last name changes, and she takes only her husband's last name, for example:. Say a woman's name is Olga Orlova, her father's name is Pavel Orlov, so her full name would be . Orlova(last name) Olga(first name) Pavlovna(middle name). when she gets married to say.... . Hohlov(last name) Alexander(first name) Petrovich(middle name) - obviously his father's name would be Petr Hohlov. then Alexander's wife would be . Hohlova Olga Pavlovna, instead of . Orlova Olga Pavlovna. . she changes her last name, and takes the last/family name of her husband, because he's her closest family now, but her middle name/father's name doesn't change, she's still a daughter of Pavel, so she'll still be Olga Pavlovna.

If your grandmother is not of sound mind she cannot sign the POA or a healthcare proxey. The only thing your mother could do is to go to court and obtain guardianship over your grandmother.
