when employee claim for medical treatment, it is actually paid by the insurance company. employer just paid the premium for employee's medical scheme. what i am trying to say is whatever medical benefits offered (usually GP consultation, hospitalization, surgery) comes from the medical insurance scheme the company subscribes to, not from their own generosity..

I am about to have an enhanced CRB check done on me and i changed my name 9 years ago by deed poll. I dont have any convictions but i dont want to tell them i had an old name. Will the CRB check come back or will it flag up that i did change my name ?.

I want to put epoxy on my garage floor (no cars go in in there just workout stuff) but I'm worried about my current surface. It has a smooth surface and when I put water on it, it doesn't absorb. Also, I don't have the money to prof. do it, that's why I am doing it myself.. . If I use an acid first, will it strip whatever is on the floor so it will bond?.

If you do not have the relevant experience comment on this by saying your enthusiasm and can do attitude will rapidly overshadow the in experience. Also mention being a quick learner, easy to adapt to new environments.

A bank would not accept usage of a debit card by anyone not named on that bank account. If they have not got authorisation and lets say have withdrawn cash from a machine and the card was damaged and the machine took ot, a bank will not talk to someone not named on the account as they are liable for data protection. If you want someone to operate an account on your behalf you either have to add them on as an actual account holder but this will give them equal rights to the money in it or you need to give them Power of Attorney. Power of Attorney will allow them to run the account and still give you the power to operate it too. The account is not theirs they are merely allowed to aid you in the running of it and as long as you have the mental capacity you can cancel that Power of Attorney at any time. But whoever acts for must register it with the bank they can't just stump up and show the Power of Attorney document, they must show identification and have their name added to the account as an attorney.
