. . I am writing this letter to advise you of my intent to open a food stall in the (name of mall) . . The scheduled opening date will be (July 6/07?) and will comply with all health and safety regulations required. The work will begin on (????)any construction work renovations and stocking etc will be done during hours that the mall is closed and therefore will not be an inconvenience to the other businesses or the customers.. If there are any objections, requirements or questions regarding this please contact me at: (????) on or before (???) if I don't hear from you I will assume that I can proceed with my plans.. Yours Truly. ????. (your name). phone number, cell, etc.

There is website which lists names of overseas companies wishing to sell products to the USA. It's a professional commerce website. You can start off Googling the question "buy Pakistan cloth" and change it around. . I used to have a 10 foot deep catalogs of world companies, so by now, I'm sure these are digital cataloged. Just be passioned and search Google.. (1) After you find the name and address: Write a formal business letter.. Dear Sir: Our company (name) wishes to expand in the types of cloth we carry. We came across your name on (website) and like to receive some samples of your product. etc. (Expound and rearrange on it). Companies respond easier when you tell them your are in the business.. (2) ask for price per swatch and dimension. All cloth comes in certain width but not length. Ask dimensions.. (3) Inquire into shipping costs and method.. (4) Contact the US customs about import duties. Over a certain quantity you may need a Custom Handler.. (5) Inquire into method of payment. What you want is a letter of credit from a Bank (BofA) is the best to use since they deal in Bankers Acceptance notes which facilitate Trade. You want the product to arrive at its destination, and upon that time the Bank will pay the Bill of Lading. It's a guarantee payment process, without it, they won't ship the product. Unless you want to pay them before the product is shipped. Then its your gamble.. . (6) Depending upon quantity and cost, US Customs requires duty payment before it leaves the docks. Discuss that with US Customs, the payment process. BofA may help in that too. Don't call any BofA branch -- they know nothing. You have to reach their business office Letter of Credit in Trade. . (7) Make arrangement how the product will be shipped from the dock to your place of business. . That's about all there's to it. Good Luck in your endeavor.

How can I write a formal letter to my professor?

1. address in left.. 2. date in right.. 3. body in center.. 4. ending in left corner..

As for laws, there are specific federal laws regarding informed consent and the use of biological specimens for research purposes. 21-CFR-50 and 21CFR-56 and the protection of human subjects.. Many states also have laws regarding the use and and permissions granted to obtaining biological specimens. A landmark case is Moore v University of California Board of Regents et al.

Please help answer my question. I am an US citizenship and changed my name. I want to have a copy of the petition of name change. How can I find it online?.
