Bad Boss, Great Job... What do I do?

Tips on writing an informed proposal?

You should write letters about topics that readers of the newspaper would want to read about. It sounds obvious, I know, but you should look around you and note what is going on in your district or town, and write about those topics. Are the roads in a bad condition? Are the street lights all working? Is there too much litter on the streets? Make a comment on the way the town council is working. How is your local sports team doing? Give the players some praise or some criticism. Has your town a public library? Suggest some improvements in the way that it is organised. Can disabled people get into the library, or the bus station, or the theatre? If your newspaper reports on national events and politics, pick a politician and write about whether he/she is doing a good job of work (or not). . Before you write to the newspaper, read the letters page carefully, and note what kind of subjects other people write about. That should give you a clue. Also note how long the letters are. The editor may not like to print long letters, because they take up too much space. If you send a long letter, it will just be thrown away. It might be better to write a short letter. I hope that this has been of some help.

Start by getting a copy of your credit report online from the three major reporting agencies. Make sure all of the information is accurate. Dispute all negative charges on there. You can find form letters to do that online. If you owe money to any companies and can't dispute it, contact the companies and see if you can work out a deal. Before you send them any money, get it in writing that they will remove negative info from your credit report. . Your length of credit history has a lot to do with your score, so don't close old credit cards. If you have a lot of credit cards, call the card companies and reduce the card limits. Too much available credit hurts your score. . Last, use one card for gas, groceries and other bills that you have to pay every month so you can keep building your credit. Pay off the bill EVERY month, don't carry a balance. Not only that, but if you pay towards the bill twice a month, it accually helps your credit.

Does a lawyer keep record of a will?

We believe the best way to explain the new "rules" of resume writing is to explain what you should always do and also what you should never do.
