I am moving out of my apartment and want to give my lanlord a 30 day notice. Are there any good websites to get a template from, tried microsoft couldnt find one. Or does anyone know a good format. I have never done this before so any and all info will greatly be appreciated.

I'm planning on enrolling to a real estate course in NY state. I was wondering if the tuition is tax deductible. . Thanks in advanced :). . Anna.

This is pretty easy, but I don't have a lot of details about your job, so you'll have to add a lot of information to the letter I've drafted below. I am assuming that you've advertised this job in some way (newspaper, internet, etc) and that you now want to interview people who sent you information about their qualifications (a resume). So, I have drafted a letter that invites them to continue the employment process by interviewing in person for the job.. . Since I also do not have any information about the job itself, you will have to add any details, such as when the interview will be held (time and date), where the interview will be held, the title of the job and the country it will work in.

a separate "person" from you and your wife. The reason it works is because that legal entity lives on even if you and your wife both die. In order for the Trust to do it's job properly, it must have ownership of all of your assets. As the Trustees, you and your wife control how that Trust functions as long as you are alive. After that, your designated Trustee takes over.. . So one of two things must happen: either you transfer ownership of all assets to the Trust now, or you must write your will to do it after you die. As a rule, the latter approach means your estate must still go through Probate and be subject to Inheritance Tax at the time of your death so you really haven't gained much by paying to set up a Trust other than being able to control how the proceeds of your estate are disbursed.. . Because a Trust is a legal entity, you will have to hire an attorney in order to create it. Consult with the attorney and seek their advice. They can explain the implications of your various choices. It will ultimately be up to you to execute the ownership changes necessary to fully implement the Trust.. . As an example: my plan is to set up our assets in a Revokeable Living Trust that owns all our property and investments, and is the designated beneficiary for all insurance and IRAs. There will be a 'catch-all' clause in our will that directs all assets and benefits not otherwise designated to go to the Trust (in case I forgot some little miscellaneous benefit somewhere). The articles of the Trust will designate how our secondary Trustee (probably either an attorney's firm or an investment company) will handle the Trust after my spouse and I die.
