Litigation

Litigation

Most people haven't read the bill, so they can't give you a straight answer without just using rhetoric or "opinion" they have heard from some other political source. I will go straight to the bill and try to be unbias.. . The reason they won't tell you how much it will cost you is cause they have manipulated the bill to basically charge you what ever they want. Why Else would they need 2000 pages for it.. . This is how it will work in a general summary:. . 4 boards will be set up, headed by a health commissioner. They will all be part of the president's staff and appointed. The commissioner will use the information from the four boards to decide who pays what and what is covered based on location, age, and race (demographics they call it). There is a general outline in the bill, but this can be deviated from, as will be discussed in a later paragraph.. . All "acceptable health care" will be outlined by the conditions set forth in the bill by the commissioner and the very few limitations in the bill itself. Most predominately the no preconditions one. These Acceptable plans will be clumped together in the "exchange". Any insurance not in the "exchange" is not acceptable you will pay a fine for having such insurance. The insurance in the exchange must basically follow the rules of the public option or not be "acceptable". Now, if you get insurance from your employer, they will be fined if their health care plan is not in the "exchange" rather than you independently. I won't speculate on whether your employer will pay the fine or not offer insurance. That is a company board decision.. . There is a tax table in the bill. It basically boils down to most people paying around 10% of their income unless you happen to be in those locations, age, or demographics the health commissioner and his boards decides are special and need breaks or lower premiums. Cut off for being free is the federal poverty line. That is minimum wage at 40 hours a week with around 3000 credit for each child you have. If you are below this, you either get a severe discount on your premium or you qualify for medicare.. . Below 133% poverty line you get 'affordability credits". Now keep in mind these "affordability credits" are totally up to the discretion of the health commissioner. If he/she decides you live in an area, age group, or demographic that doesn't need these credits, they are not offered to you.. . Opinion:. . This will be a government owned non-profit insurance company. They will run it just like any other non-profit insurance company only they will not have to compete with anyone cause in the end you will have to have insurance they approve whether through them or any other insurance in their "exchange". It will most likely be like Blue Cross Blue Shield at first, until the likely corruption kicks in. Again, I stree, that there is no competition. They actually benefit if you decide to not take any insurance in their exchange, as they get more money. Its like paying a business free to them. Gestapo health board, lol.. . You can bet that the health commissioner and his staff will be paid handsomely for their job just like a CEO is. Maybe not in billions, but definitely in the millions.. . Bottom line: I don't think this bill will do anything to upper middle class and rich people as the premiums and quality of health care won't be effected that much. Those right on the line, who can't afford health care but don't qualify for medicare will suffer especially if they are unlucky enough to live in areas deemed as not needing affordability credits. This is what gets me about people who are unemployed and complain about health care insurance. If you don't really make any money you qualify for medicare. This bill doesn't change that, you don't just get fee health care. They will see an over deduction in their yearly income as they are forced to buy health insurance. Not only that, they will have co-pays should they get sick. This will increase the financial burden on them not lessen it. It will do nothing to save most people in terms of finances.

Who invented the mathematical method of Order of Operation?

i wanna change my d-name but idk how.

You would have to be above whatever the age of majority is where you live, as it is a legal document & without your parents permission it is invalid.. . However, you are free to call yourself whatever you want.. If you want to change your name, simply tell everyone your new name & stop responding to the old one. It really is that simple.. It will be perfectly legal as long as the new name is used exclusively & the change was not made with intent to defraud, so if you have incurred any debts or committed any crimes under your old name, then you cannot evade them by a change of name.. . I changed my name without any legal documents & it was fine.

What you need is called a Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare.. . Most hospitals carry a form, they can be found in Will packages in bookstores, or drawn up by a family attorney. Make sure you read the fine print, that the form you use covers all anticipated angles, and make sure it is witnessed and notorized when signed. Banks have notaries that will do it for a few dollars.. . It's a good idea to name more than one person. You can name two I believe. Doing that ensures that the two people you choose must be in agreement before anything major can be done. It can complicate matters, but I personally wouldn't trust one person to a "do not resuscitate" decision or things of that nature.

I'd like to change my name from Martin to Martyn? Seems its only 1 letter I'm thinking this could be cheap? Can anybody help please?.
