There isn't a dependent hotline. Never has been. There is individual websites that you can go to, to find out the info and get phone numbers yourself.. . He will not get BAH immediately. It can take up to 45 days to be processed but will be backdated to the date you got married. To qualify for it, he needs a copy of the marriage certificate, your birth certificate and SSN to have you put into DEERS. Once that happens the paperwork is then submitted for BAH. He can request an advance but if granted even that can take several days to 2 weeks to be paid into his account. As you are getting married on Friday, the earliest the paperwork could be submitted is that day if you have the certificate issued and there is a Base or Reserve center by where you live, otherwise you will have to wait until the Monday.

How do i establish trust account as trustee or beneficiary?

what is a good and cheap place to have a wedding reception in the portland metro area?

I am going out of town for 3 weeks. My 5 year-old son will be staying with my sister who lives on the same street as I do. I want he to have some type of letter from me stating that she can make emergency medical decisions without me while I am gone. I do not know what this form or letter is called. Any help would be very appreciated! THANKS.

I want to use Quicken Willmaker Pro. I have debt, and want to make sure that if anything happens, 1) My funeral plans are followed, 2) I get buried at the plot I have purchased in MO, 3) My property is given the way I want it given 4) Life insurance and any POD are used to pay the debt 5) Any debtors can't snatch my property from my loved ones (aka family heirlooms are protected). Is a will or a living trust the best option? In ether one, is there anyway to make my burial spot and funeral plans legally binding, in case family decides to do it the "cheaper way" here in Texas as opposed to MO, so more money is available to pay debt or to distribute? Also, if a will is the best way to go, I will use Quicken Willmaker Pro 2011. If a living trust is the way to go I will use the 2009 version. Are those safe to use, or have any Texas laws changed so they could be thrown out due to a technicality (especially the quicken 2009 version in case of a living trust).. . The areas I am pretty much hellbent on are: 1) I want the funeral to be in Kansas, the exact way I lay it out, and then to have the procession go 3 hours to Missouri to do the burial ceremony in the way I have laid out, and at the exact location I have laid out and 2) I want my property going to the people I choose, regardless of what anyone else thinks is best, and safe from any remaining debtors deciding they want to auction it off to anyone (They can get it from the payable on death monies and life insurance). In short, for instance, I don't want my $5,000 gaming pc to be sold on the auction block to a stranger if I want it to go to my brother) I am wanting to do it myself and not pay for a lawyer, and also have it rock solid so that no matter what, My wishes on everything are followed.

. this is the first time i have ever been through something like this . So i need to find the correct legal form to address this issue and put everything into writing for myself and the office . sorry this is so long but i could REALLY use the help - so please , if you could , help me !!.
