  • Prior to passing the bar I worked as a legal administrator for Young & Williams PC. After I passed the bar I was promoted to staff attorney doing child support establishment and enforcement. The job was a one year contract position and the contract was not renewed at the conclusion of that year. Therefore, I took a job with the Mississippi Department of Human Services where I served as staff attorney for two years. I handled various child support issues including paternity establishment, support enforcement, and contempt. Currently I work for Channel Control Merchants, LLC providing free legal representation to low income employees of the company. I handle all types of chancery cases, but no criminal work. I draft contracts, do estate planning, divorces, contempts, adoptions, child support, and pretty much anything else the clients come to the office with. I am a member of The West Point church where I serve in various capacities. I enjoy volunteering with the salvation army and Christian services. Married to Terrence Taylor and the mother of three children.

help with writing this formal letter for my college please?!!?

sample Business intro. Letter?

I recently accepted a job as a Office Manager/Executive Assistant to the Owner/Broker of a Real Estate Brokerage. I have years on office managerial experience with less extensive experience as an executive assistant with no real estate experience. I accepted the position at a pay rate which is well below the minimum average according to industry standards.. . I have been in this position for 2 months and have been having trouble getting into an effective routine. I feel that my broker is asking too much of me with my lack of real estate knowledge and I'm just curious what others would say the job description would be and what should be expected of me.

Preforeclosure: Realtor or Real Estate Attorney?

If this is a sample letter for a homework assignment, five reasonably short paragraphs, each about one topic, sounds like a standard format. But follow what you've been taught in school.. . If it's a regular private letter to a friend, you can make it as long or as short as you want. Still, separate paragraphs for each separate topic will make it a lot easier to read.
