For example, Melanie Walz Scaringi focuses her practice in estate planning, probate, elder law and real estate. Marc Scaringi practices in the areas of commercial law and litigation, business formation and corporate law. Frank C. Sluzis focuses his practice on family, criminal, civil litigation, workers' compensation and state licensing matters including liquor licenses. Virginia Henning concentrates in employment law, tax law and bankruptcy.

    We have structured our law firm this way intentionally. With each attorney limiting his or her practice to a small number of interrelated practice areas, our attorneys have developed a heightened level of experience and knowledge of those practice areas. This allows us to provide a premium service to our clients.

    We offer the services of attorneys with knowledge in all of these areas. Working as a team, we can handle any legal issue that may arise.

    Four Credos

    When it comes to client service, our law firm has four credos:

    1) Thorough preparation. For everything we do, we prepare. Even though most cases settle out of court, we prepare every case as if we were going to trial. If we have to go to trial, we are ready; the other side will usually give us a better settlement offer if they know that we are ready, willing and prepared to face them in court.

    2) Hard work. If we have to, we will work around the clock.

    3) We fight for you, the client. We are not there to make friends with opposing counsel. We will not go along to get along. We will not allow the other side to offer anything less than what you deserve.

    4) Client service. You are not a number. You are not "just another case." Retain us, and you get real attention from us. We will do everything necessary to ensure your satisfaction with our work.

    If this sounds like the kind of law firm you want, call us today. We are ready to work for you.

well if you are looking for any tips,idea or guidelines regarding on how to write a formal letter on the guidance you can search it on google or just simply click my resource or reference for some samples of formal letter..they have lots in there..acceptance letter,withdrawal letter etc.

You need to say where you are but if you are in the USA you do not need legalzoom or an attorney, you would go to your county court house in the county where you reside, they have the name change petitions and for a fee you can change your name if it is not for fraudulent purposes. Their is a hearing before a judge and if you meet all the requirements it will be approved.}{

That said, if you have a friendly sponsor, they may happily let you keep the visa and let you do other work anyway, it is unlikely to be questioned (even if it strictly not correct). With teaching schools, that is not likely to happen. Chinese based (rather than the big international ones) have a habit of promising your good hours (20) etc, you arrive and it is now 30 or 40, and at any time of day or night (you are effectively on call), or they withdraw your visa and/or will not let you have your passport back (which you should not give up for long - only to go to the Visa bureau). . On the positive side, this company is doing it correctly, a Z visa first (not a L/tourist and then attempting to change it in country - allowed but riskier). . note that. 1st Z visa is single entry, usually short validity (3 months). you must register for residence and convert to Multi entry Z visa within 28 days. and this takes time, so start it ASAP and within 7 days at latest.. you also need to register with the local police within 24hrs of arriving, pref same day or face fines of 500 RMB/day if stopped on the street and not be able to show your registration papers (so copy them and carry the copy).. . 2nd Z visa and residence card will be for 1 year only. and renewable.. You can travel on the internal residence card/your china ID as a 'resident' rather than use your more valuable passport, and get local residents discounts at hotels eg holiday time etc.. . So initially, you have no real choice but to work with the sponsoring company,. unless the company is willing to take on the sponsorship and mainatain it.. Be very careful who you transfer to, work only with companies that you know people say are to be trusted and that they have worked for before, you are not in Aus/US now !. . Also make sure you pay your taxes or at least your company actually pays them. they are due Monthly on that Months earnings, it is not done annually after the fact.. . If it goes wrong 'you' not the chinese employer carries the can,. and that can mean fines (1000's RMB), . and not leaving till you have arranged for it to be paid.. You wont be banned, but you will be penalised, . post 2008 olympics China visa's and immigration all got tidied up very well - and kept that way..
