lawyer Landis, Paul S. Reviews

I think your best plan of attack is to come up with a template you can send out that applies to all of them.. . Depending on how many recipients there are, you can choose to send them one by one just varying the greeting (use their full name) and prize description (if you had a range of scholarship prizes) and other variable areas. Of course, if you do this try to avoid gender specific pronouns and the like (using first-second person would be best - we, you, etc.). . If it's the same award with the same prize, you may opt to just do a single encompassing template and send it to all your recipients. I recommend you BCC rather than CC in this case.. . You dont need to make a separate letter saying the money was sent. I'm sure they will be happy to have received the award. If there were any complications the transfer of money I'm sure they would contact you directly.

I am mailing him a stamped addressed envelope to the graduate school I'm applying to. I am also mailing him the reference form thing they require. He's already said yes and he is a really cool guy. This is the body of my letter to him that will accompany the forms and envelope:. . "I enclosed an addressed envelope along with the reference form. There are two copies of the reference form in case one gets misplaced, but only one needs to be filled out and sent. The deadline for the reference form and letter is February 1, 2009.
