• JEREMY ("JED") E. SCOTT received his Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Wyoming in 1995, and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2000. He is admitted before the Supreme Court, State of Colorado and the U.S. District Court, District of Colorado. During law school, Jed clerked for the State of Wyoming, Attorney General's Office, Litigation Division, and for the Office of District Attorney, First Judicial District, in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Jed recently served as Chair of the Larimer County Bar Association, Young Lawyer Division. He currently serves on the Executive Council of the Colorado Bar Association, Young Lawyer Division. Jed's primary practice is in civil litigation, including commercial litigation, tort and personal injury, real property disputes and construction defects. He is an Assistant Town Attorney for Severance, Colorado. Jed is a member of the American Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association and Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.

• Bell, Boge & Associates, P.C. started providing legal services to the Northern Colorado community in 1983 under the name Bell & Stirman P.C. Two prior principals of the firm have since been elevated to the state court bench, necessitating changes to the name of the firm over the years. The firm welcomed Rick Boge in 1996 and Jeremy (Jed) Scott in 2001. Mr. Boge passed away far too early. Matthew Gould and Laurie Stirman joined the firm as associates in 2007 and 2008, respectively.

  Located in an historical house in the heart of Fort Collins, we are Coloradoans through and through. We live, work and play with the very people we represent, and we are dedicated to continuing a legacy of quality legal services in Northern Colorado.

  The house that our offices are located in was built in the 1870's, and was occupied by the Andrew Family, some of Fort Collins' earliest business owners. The building has since housed numerous local families and businesses, but retains much of its original charm and character.
