What's a cover letter? And the resume deal is...?
My folks had a trust and I was co-executor. The trust exists to hold property until it is distributed and then dissolves. My brother and I gained control of their assets and distributed them according to their wishes. We sold stock, the house, divided personal property. We also paid taxes from the assets, closed bank accounts, etc. Be very clear in what you want done. My folks included a no-contest clause which said that if any one of us (seven of us) contested the trust then they would lose whatever was comming to them and it would be distributed equally among the others.
I notice there are on-line sites for applying for a tourist visa to Brazil and their fees are fairly high for doing the required things. From Sydney the actual cost if you go to the consulates office in person is $44 (but you have to have the actual application form with you? and filled in)whereas an on-line site called Visylink charges $156 for what they do. The consulates office says to go into a certain site to get a print out of the application form but I went into that site and a sign came up on screen saying "An untrusted site".. Anyone out there know the cheapest way to go about applying for a Visa from Aust. to Brazil..
how do i format this letter? please help?
