• Mr. Zmijewski graduated from Penn State University with a major in Political Science and a concentration in International Studies. While an undergraduate he clerked for a congressman and a Pennsylvania state representative. Mr. Zmijewski received his J.D. degree from the Ave Maria School of Law in 2007, was the president of the Intellectual Property Group, and a successful moot court finalist in the law school's appellate moot court competition and the ABA national appellate competition.

  Mr. Zmijewski's practice centers on business law including the formation of corporations and limited liability companies, working with entrepreneurs and startup companies, nonprofit organizations, and assisting businesses in protecting and profiting from their intellectual property assets. He also assists clients with estate planning including planning for succession of family and closely owned businesses, trust administration, and probate matters. How to make a Job resume?

Hi, im doing a school project on what makes a contract valid,i have pieces of info but i just want to see if people can give me some new ideas.. thanks.

you should pretend that you looking for a home to buy and want your spouse/parents/roommate to see the pictures so maybe they'll also want to buy the house with you. At least those houses are empty and no one can be burgled or victimized.

During the first interview between a collector and an artist, is it fair for the artist to charge an interview fee, plus a fee for sample sketches before hand? Or should the interview be free, and sample sketches charged after completion at a later date? Or a combo?

I need to know how to make templates and enter text so I can print them out on my printer. It's a lot cheaper that way..

I run a small business which is a video production company, and have a point of confusion about account records: most literature I have seen is geared towards businesses which buy stock, and sell it at a profit.. . That is not appropriate for me as a service industry, as stock purchases are minimal - we buy blank media but we sell those along with production services.. . However we do have plenty of 'cost of sales' - my question is, should these be counted as 'stock purchases' in the various conventional accounting templates? To add to the confusion, cost of sales are more often than not services themselves, such as hiring in equipment or freelance personnel, or using couriers or duplication companies.. . Perhaps someone could recommend a book on accounting for service industries, especially creative! As it's very annoying never fitting in with examples books give...... . But if someone could just give me an idea of how to analyse those expenses I'd be very grateful.... Ta!. . Thanks!. Jay A's answer, though amusing, is wrong. He is referring to fixed costs. Which are separate from stock purchases, which are a cost of sale factor..
