Back in December I took out a service agreement on a washing machine. The agreement was in my name and my partner and I had a repair carried out on the washer. In February I split with my partner and moved out. She agreed to contact the company and take over the last 7 payments of the agreement herself. . Definitely talk to your husband's family. Do not ask their permission. Because they may not give it. But, the choice is yours. So, if you plan on changing their last name, I suggest you talk to your husband's family saying:. 1. Your deceased husband will remain relevant in their lives.. 2.
