Help please.. I had an AST which expired in November 2007, I have not had another tenancy agreement since. Now I have decided I want to leave the property (found nicer one in better location), the Lettings agents are saying I have to give 2 months notice (this was in the AST that expiredin Nov 2007) but not had an agreement since it expired. Can they hold me to two months even though I now dont have an AST with them? Help pls!.

I'm a first time president of the Green Club at school. We'll be going off campus to do nature field work, and I was told I need some sort of permission/release form that the members need to fill out with their parents if they're guardian(s) aren't going with them.. . Does anyone know the name for this kind of form called exactly? And where can I get a copy of one? Can you print one off the internet and hand it/e-mail it out to everyone? How do I go about this?

Who would trust an attorney that advertises on TV?

My mother is dying of cancer. She has about 20k in hospital bills and probably more before its all said and done. My question is, if she sells her home now, can the creditors come back after she dies and try to collect from her estate? If so, how long? At 16 employers understand you have little or no work experience, and are looking for people who will show up to work on time, work their assigned schedules, get a long with the others in the crew, and treat the customers nice and always smile. Without saying "I" too much put that in a letter. For example, My grades are above average, and I have received good remarks from my teachers on accomplishing my work on time. During the past 2 years of school, I have missed only 1 day, and that was for a dentist appointment. I am friends with everyone in my class, and enjoy working on group projects, especially those where I have leadership responsibilities. Although only 16, I have learned one key to working with others is not to be too bossy and more like a coach instead. My teachers always give me high marks for deportment, and often tell my parents what a polite and respectful person I am.
