A Biker Lawyer Who Walks The Walk

What can a "biker" law firm offer you that some other law firm can't? Plenty. Other lawyers may tell you that they understand you, and that they are like you, and that they understand your problems.

But they don't dress like you. They don't talk like you. They don't share your experiences or points of view. And unlike me, they certainly won't ride with you when the road calls and it is time to enjoy life. Is that really who you want in control of your fate and future?

Here is some information about who I am and how I practice law:

I am a U.S. Air Force veteran, a Disabled American Veterans (DAV) member, a youth minister, a mason, a gun-toting member of the National Rifle Association (NRA), and a lifetime member of American Bikers for Awareness, Training and Education (ABATE).

I am also a member of the Florida Bar, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL), and I am admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Pay By Cash Or Credit Card | Free Consultation

What does the above information tell you? It says that if you retain me, you will get a lawyer who can talk the talk, and who can walk the walk. Find out for yourself. Call Florida Biker Law Group today to discuss your legal problems and how I can help you solve them. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekdays. Evening, weekend and holiday consultations are available by appointment.

I look forward to meeting with you, at my office and on the road.

I am looking into taking the foreign service officer test that is required to work for the US state department. i want to do well on the test, does anyone have any suggestions for a good guide book or supplemental study material for the test? any help would be appreciated!.

Do it yourself boy. There is nothing mathematics in business letter. Start with salutation, write the subject and reference in short at the beginning, then go straight into the details of the matter, end with your signature, name, address. Always keep in mind that business letter is to be brief but filled with important information with which the examiner wants you to do.

test html form?

Also a new one would be signed if something in the form becomes obsolete or the form is updated.

I used to be a medical records manager in a major hospital in suburban Chicago. It's not totally unusual for parents to leave the hospital without naming their babies. It just doesn't usually take them 16 years to get around to it. But it's not a big thing. You just have to prove your identity and petition for an amended birth certificate. It's different than a legal name change because you've had that name most of your life. Your mom just forgot to register the name.

I'm sure this could vary state to state, but I got married a year ago. In KS, they do not change your name until the renewal date. I was worried too because it didn't even cross my mind until the first week of the new school year! When I called Dept. of Ed, they said they don't do anything until it is time to renew, (which is still a year away). Also, they did not ask me for any documentation, nor indicate they would need any at that time.. So, I am assuming they get all the info automatically through SS, and possibly the Dept. of Revenue (Driver's License admin.).. As far as the record checks, I think that is done/requested through the school district, at their discretion/guidelines.. Call your specific state Dept. of Education. Hope this helps!
