  • Personal Injury Attorney Matthew Noyes' knowledge?of car accident injuries dates back to when he was just 16 years old.?After he was involved in a car crash himself at the age of 16 and?recovering from his fractured hip, torn rotator cuff and other injuries, Matthew learned how automobile accident injuries affect almost every aspect of one's life. His first hand knowledge has helped him to aggressively illustrate how a crash victim is much more than a pile of medical records?something insurance companies seem to always think.

For the past 25 years, Attorney Matthew Noyes has been working in the personal injury field.? He is a named partner at Perenich, Caulfield, Avril & Noyes, P.A. where he started as a legal assistant.?By the time he graduated law school, Matthew had over seven years of practical experience as a legal assistant helping injured people put the pieces of their lives back together. He has dedicated his life to fighting for those injured because of the negligence of others.

No case is too small or too big. Each client is treated equally because each client’s life is uniquely impacted by the automobile crash, pedestrian accident, trip and fall or other event that caused that client injury.? Insurance companies want to evaluate a claim by inputting selected data?into a computer program to spit out the value of the claim. As a prior accident victim, Attorney Matthew Noyes knows how a car accident can impact both the person’s life and the life of their family members.

Attorney Matthew Noyes is proud to be a personal injury attorney. He does not mind if the insurance companies don’t like him, but prides himself in making sure that his clients have a voice in the legal system that often ignores the injured.

In addition to personal injury law, Attorney Matthew Noyes fights the Social Security Administration for individuals that have filed for Social Security Disability (SSDI) benefits. Matthew understands that it is very difficult for an individual to know what is needed to prevail on their Social Security Disability claim. By using his trial attorney skills, Attorney Matthew Noyes gathers the proper documentation to help convince a judge that his client is entitled to Social Security Disability benefits.

Also, Attorney Matthew Noyes battles insurance companies on behalf of workers who are injured in a Florida workers' compensation claim. Although the work comp law is slanted in the insurance company's favor, Attorney Noyes will file the necessary Petition for Benefits to fight to get the workers' compensation benefits an injured worker is entitled to.

Matthew was born in Naperville, Illinois and has been living in Pinellas County since 1976 when he, his parents, and his 10 brothers and sisters relocated to Clearwater. He attended St. Cecelia Catholic School where his mother was his music teacher. He also graduated from Clearwater Central Catholic High School where his brother taught him chemistry and physics. Following high school, Matthew obtained two associate degrees from St. Petersburg Junior College and went on to earn his Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from the University of South Florida and his Juris Doctorate at Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, graduating sixth in his law school class despite working to support his family.

In addition to his dedication to his clients, Matthew is dedicated to his community. He enjoyed being an adjunct professor in the Legal Assistant program at St. Petersburg College. Matthew has spoken numerous times at the Clearwater Bar Association's People's Law School and has appeared as a guest on the radio show, "Ask an Attorney." He has sponsored youth baseball teams, and enjoyed reading to younger children at the local library. Previously, Matthew oversaw the Christmas in January event sponsored by the Clearwater Bar Association. This event provides a Christmas for foster children and underprivileged children in our community. Hundreds of children have benefited through Matthew's and other attorneys' efforts with Christmas in January.

Matthew is admitted to practice in all Florida courts as well as the United States District Court. He is a member of the Florida Justice Association; the Association of Trial Lawyers of America; the Clearwater Bar Association; and the St. Petersburg Bar Association. Matthew has appeared as host and guest of the live call-in legal television show, FLA LAW.

When he's not working, Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife, Marti, and his two children, Krystal and Jacob. Krystal?graduated from St. Petersburg College with her four-year degree but?remains “Daddy's Little Girl” even though she is over 25 years old. Matthew and his wife adopted Jacob from Guatemala, now seven years old, and he has been home since he was 18 months old. Matthew and Marti feel very blessed to have him in their lives.

Matthew also enjoys the Chicago Cubs and has been a season ticket holder since day one for the Tampa Bay Rays. He coaches and plays on his somewhat successful softball team in Madeira Beach.

How do I legally extradite my 92 year old mother back to Florida from Ohio?

Did a legal CHANGE of NAME? Live in Melbourne in AUSTRALIA?

I want to be home schooled so anyone know like the details or whatever you gotta have? cx.

To force all students to take a sport? Well, other countries have a 'clubs' system where students are required to do a certain number of club activities during the year and they are free to choose/make clubs based on interest and availability of resources and members. Sports of various types fall into these clubs. This is a fairly sound idea, but, what about the kids who HAVE to go straight home to take care of the little sister or grandpa, etc.. . The best way to not take drugs is to realize how stupid it is to do so. How many successful addicts do you know compared to those in the gutter?
