  • Brent Knight has extensive experience representing clients in labor and employment law matters. Brent has represented clients in state courts, federal courts, and before administrative agencies throughout the United States on claims brought pursuant to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the National Labor Relations Act, and in a variety of state law tort and contract matters, including claims brought pursuant to covenants not to compete and confidentiality agreements. A food order form can also refer to the order form that a chef fills out and sends to the purveyor either in person, faxed, or through an e-mail.. . A work-flow plan (also called a production schedule), is a list of menu items and the amounts of each food item needed to get through a certain time period. For example, if a restaurant had prime rib on the menu, the production schedule would list prime ribs with a following row of boxes. The first box might be the sales forecast for prime rib. So, if the chef knows that they usually sell 35 portions of prime rib on a Friday night, he would list 35 portions. The next box might be the number of usable prime rib portions left over from the previous day. The next box might list the number of prime ribs that need to be prepared to meet their sales for cast. Then there would be a box that would list the total number available prime rib portions available for that particular Friday night. Next would be box listing the number of prime ribs sold and another box listing the numbers of prime ribs leftover. . ________________________________. . I know its kinda hard to visualize

I remember a career advisor coming to my senior class my last semester in college. She told us to ALWAYS attach a cover letter, which is what I've done so far applying to jobs. But now I'm applying for a lab tech job that just asks you to submit your resume or to copy and paste the resume text into the company website itself. I remember the advisor telling us to attach a cover letter anyway, and if faced with the format like that of the company, just to incorporate the cover letter and resume into one file and submit it, so that they would get a cover letter anyway, even if they never asked for it.. . Although, I suppose this makes sense, I'm also afraid it may seem too pushy if they were not expecting a cover letter. Is the company implicitly expecting a cover letter anyway? Thanks!.

In the state of California.......... I have been married to the mother of my children for almost 10 years but have been separated for almost 5. For the past 2 1/2 years we have both agreed upon custody to 50/50. I live with my girlfriend and their mother lives with her boyfriend and their 1 year old child.. I have tried to work things out with her and be civil but every time I bring up divorce she argues with me and says she is going to take the kids 70/30 and get child support from me. As far as child expenses goes we both split daycare and other costly activities down the middle as well as food and clothes but she still believes even now I should be paying child support. (She has always been very money hungry) Whenever she gets angry with me she tries to keep the kids away from me and never answers my phone calls. I REALLY want this over with because I'm tired of her thinking she has all this power and control over everything and she doesn't. I just want everything to be the same as it has been with the children and to not be married to her anymore! . She said that she is going to get an attorney and I was wondering in my situation if I would need one also. Some people tell me yes and some no. In my financial situation I don't have that much money to afford for an attorney and she has her parents backing her up. I was wondering if I really needed one or if I should just get help with the paperwork and go that route. I have no criminal background or abuse of anything or anyone so I feel that they shouldn't have anything against me.. . PLEASE HELP!!.
