I am moving back to India from USA and need to sell my car. If I do not get a buyer by then, can my brother sell it for me? If yes, please let me know the procedure to do so.. Thank you for your help. Also can you tell me can he return my number plate to the State?.

couldn't they accomplish any of that within the past eight years? Is it such a scary idea to impliment positive healthcare reform that benifits the majority of American people instead of the privilaged masses who rake in profits from the system we currently have?.

I'm actually enrolling in real estate school tomorrow and I was I was wondering if its a good time to be a real estate agent? The realtor I talked to said it was because with rates being so low people are still buying houses. I've already done research and planned to do it part time until I gain a client base, so I'm really just looking for the answer and not for someone to talk me out of it. I would like to hear from people who know the real estate market and not just some random person who's giving there 2 cents..

I changed my last name a couple years ago and haven't had many problems. Once you have the court order, get your SS card changed then bring both to the DMV and get your ID changed. With those three things, no one should give you any trouble about changing your name. Banks and credit card companies tend to require all three pieces of proof, while others will just accept the new driver's license.. . One thing I would suggest is, if you live in a state that allows you to amend your birth certificate, do it. Once you have that, that's the only proof anyone should require of you. Otherwise, get several copies of the court order. Some people will want originals.
