  • Ms. Delgado earned her Bachelor's Degree in Religious Studies at the University of Virginia. In search of a practical application of this area of study, she began a post-baccalaureate study in interreligious dialogue at the Pontificia Universita Gregoriana, one of the Vatican's Universities in Rome.

She became drawn to the legal profession while researching the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in Israel and the West Bank as part of her post-baccalaureate. In an interview on citizenship and identity politics, a law professor at Jaffa University impressed upon her the power of law to actualize and permeate change within a society. Almost immediately, she decided she would go to law school.

Early in her studies at Temple University's Beasley School of Law, Ms. Delgado discovered the ways in which family law can help people manage some of the most intimate and important aspects of their lives.? Recognizing how personal relationships can play a central role in one’s identity and happiness, she shifted her focus from conflict resolution among international communities to conflict resolution among families.

Ms. Delgado began her career in family law in domestic violence court as a judicial intern to the Honorable Ida Chen in Philadelphia. She turned her academic focus in law school to family law and became an active member of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Family Law Section. She has participated in the Temple Law Inn of Court and the Nicholas A. Cipriani Family Law Inn of Court. She worked with indigent clients at Temple University’s Domestic Relations Litigation Legal Clinic. She trained as a mediator and mediated custody disputes to resolution through Temple University’s Custody Mediation Program. In law school, she won an award for her public interest volunteer work with legal clinics and other non-profit organizations.

Ms. Delgado gained further domestic relations litigation experience while working at a Philadelphia-based firm which practices exclusively family law. She began her training there during her second summer in law school and continued part-time during her final year of study. Once graduated and admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, she resumed her training under the mentorship of the experienced family law attorneys at that firm.?

In addition to Custody Mediation, Ms. Delgado has completed trainings in Collaborative Divorce and Child Advocacy.? She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Montgomery County Bar Association Family Law Section, the Montgomery County Bar Association Diversity Committee, the Hispanic Bar Association of Pennsylvania, and the Nicholas A. Cipriani Family Law Inn of Court.

Ms. Delgado joined Shemtob Law, PC, in May 2011.

As for the amount's you quoted, I've seen people sued for far less. If the collector sues and wins, the court costs are paid by the defendant.. . Collectors cannot seize/garnish without going to court and winning first. If you live in a state that does not allow garnishment, then they cannot garnish even if they win.. Collectors have been known to put a freeze on bank accounts before going to court (just an FYI). . As far as being served, you would have to read your states rules of service to see what is legal or not. . Your state may require face to face service or it could allow mailing the summons or even posting it in the paper.

First thing is under which Act your marriage was solemnized in Delhi, If you are Hindu couple married by Hindu rites then your marriage will be said to be solemnized under the Hindu Marriage Act,1955. Any such marriage in the said Act can be registered sec 8 of the Act with the marriage officer appointed under the Act, who is usually the SDM/sub registrar under whose jurisdiction either the said marriage was solemnized or where the husband permanently reside or both the parties reside for not less then one month. You should have some proof of the said marriage with you

I GUESS THE LIP OF THE PLASTIC DEODORANT THING BIT INTO MY FORESKIN AS IT CONNECTED WITH MY COCK. THE BLOOD WAS DRIPPING DOWN MY LEG.. . THIS ALL HAPPENED IN THE SPACE OF MAYBE 6 SECONDS. IT MAY SEEM BAD BUT IT GETS WORSE. JUST AS I'M STANDING THERE TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED, MY BEDROOM DOOR FUCKING OPENS. MY DAD WAS STANDING THERE WITH MY ACCEPTANCE LETTER TO JOHNS HOPKINS. I FROZE AND HE STARED AT ME, NAKED WITH MY BLOODY ERECTION FOR MAYBE 15 SECONDS BEFORE HE NOTICED MY COMPUTER MONITOR AND THE BRUTAL ANAL SEX SCENE GOING ON FULL-SCREEN. HE IMMEDIATELY CLOSED THE DOOR AND LEFT WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING. THIS MAY SEEM EMBARRASSING BUT MY DAD IS A SERIOUSLY CONSERVATIVE HINDU. THIS HAPPENED ABOUT 15 MINUTES AGO AND HE HASN'T SAID ANYTHING TO ME YET. I'M STILL IN MY ROOM TRYING TO GET THE GOD DAMN FUCKING OLD SPICE OUT OF MY COCK. WHAT SHOULD I DO
