We are planning a move to the Asheville, NC area. We like the area. What are the negatives of the area?

But if I would sign a contract that says that I will marry you , it would not be worth the paper it has been written on . Am I right ? . So if I buy a cat with a contract that says it has to be neutered when it is 5 months old , Do I have to ? . If there is no 3th person as a witness ? . You are definitely correct. You can do your own wills.. . However before you get started, you need to make a list of all of your assets and liabilities. Additionally, you will need to consider who you want to carry out your wills requests. This person will be the executor of your wills. Alternatively, you can have various people handle various portions of your wills.. . So you have made your list of assets and liabilities and how they should be divided and paid off. You have chosen an executor. Now, google will templates and draw up your wills. Before signing your will, take your executor and one other third party (usually the notary) to get the document notarized.. . I personally recommed sharing your wills with at least two people. That way two individuals will have copies of your will. That way one party can't quesiton the authenticity of the other person's copy of your wishes and noone is surprised.. . In all this will cost you a few hours and maybe $30 for the notary.

Don?t stretch your finances by paying a high price for a home just because you?re stubborn and want to have that home.. . And one FINAL thought: If you are looking to invest in Real Estate, this might be the best time for you to do it IF AND ONLY IF you are a true investor looking to invest long term. Real Estate is the BEST investment you will ever make in your life!. . If you are a speculator/flipper I suggest you dont do anything right now, you will end up loosing money.
