someone told me that i can print out or look at a criminal protective order on line. The court it was through was el cajon court house.

I dont know what to do. My mother-in-law who we have been estranged from for 6 1/2 years was told by my husband's doctor's secretary/nurse (knowing we dont talk to my mother-in-law) all of my husband's records and what has been happening to him. Isn't that breach of confidentiality? I am not sure what i can/should do. Any help would greatly be appreciated.. i am not looking to sue. I just dont want this to happen to someone else. All my husband's paperwork was refilled out when we got married and put me as his contact person and took his mother off all paperwork..

Art. 3030. Acts of the mandatary after principal's death. The mandatary is bound to complete an undertaking he had commenced at the time of the principal's death if delay would cause injury.. Acts 1997, No. 261, ?1, eff. Jan. 1, 1998.. . There's additional information on a few of the legal websites that state: if the power of attorney contains wording which states that it is irrevocable, then the power of attorney is not terminated upon the death of the donor.

For example, most court cases are, Donald v. Jerry. But when it comes to arguing over a persons estate does the case name change? Would it be something like In Re Estate of Sasson?.

My Boss has to write a letter to my school, describing my Engish Language ability. How to do it?.

i got married May 9 and I sent in a form of change of name to the IRS and that put a delay on my rebate check. . i was suppose to got mine July 11 but won't get mine til sometime in August :(. . so yes if you sent in a form with a change of name before your rebate is suppose to be issued out then there will be a delay.
