Insurance companies know our reputation for being a tough law firm that fights tirelessly for injured clients. When we take the side of an injured person, the insurance company often settles. They know that we are not afraid to go to court and treat our demands with respect. At the Delaware law firm of Weik, Nitsche, Dougherty?& Galbraith, we have built this reputation through years of courtroom success. Our lawyers have accomplished settlements and jury awards in excess of a million dollars, and we have helped the victims of nursing home abuse, slip-and-fall or trip-and-fall accidents, work injuries and defective products reclaim their lives through legal action.

Because of this, our attorneys are respected throughout Delaware. Many of our clients come from referrals: not just from clients and other attorneys, but from former jurors and medical doctors who served as witnesses for the defense. Attorney Gary Nitsche was nominated as a 2007 Super Lawyer by Philadelphia Magazine in the areas of personal injury and workers' compensation. He was also recognized as one of 2004's Best Lawyers in Delaware and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a prestigious group of lawyers who have won verdicts and settlements in excess of a million dollars. Attorneys Joseph Weik and Shawn Dougherty have been selected as "top lawyers" by Delaware Today Magazine, and Ms. Dougherty was recognized in 2007 for her family law practice by the publication "Best Lawyers in America." Joseph Weik is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court since 2008 and a member of the "Workers Injury Law & Advocacy Group" (WILG) and the "American Board of Trial Advocates" (ABOTA). Mr. Weik has been honored as a "Best Lawyer in America" since 2007 by U.S. News and World Report. Our law firm strives to build on our successful record with every case we take, and we are AV?-rated* under Martindale-Hubbell's peer review rating system.

People recognize our potential for success, but at Weik, Nitsche, Dougherty & Galbraith, we also realize the potential in our clients. That's why our trial attorneys make time to meet with clients on evenings or weekends. We are also available to visit injured people at home or in the hospital.

___ 19. I can't imagine where __________ going after the movie.. .

Which one is the primary goal depends on if the rule specifies who is to pay the five Benjamin's.

Nobody has called me Harriet before, not as a nickname, I have always been called Hannah, however, as I am starting a new school soon, it won't be too hard to just reintroduce myself as Harriet.. . I was just wondering what other legal problems or social problems I will have with this name. What age do I have to be (in Britain) to change it? Can anybody make a joke about it (for example, like the name Theresa Green sounds like Tree's are Green).

How do I create website?

Does anyone know how to get out a direct tv service agreement?

have you asked your parents WHY did they name you this name? I was named after a movie star from the 1950's
