I own a house. There are 3 people on the title. Me, my wife. and her father. Her father wants to give her power of attorney. to sign documents just regarding the house.. Before he goes to his attorney he would like to know the exact name of the document he should be asking for and what kind. of documentation he should take.. . I am thinking he just needs her name and address and that it is called Comprehensive custom power of attorney.. Is this the correct name of the document?. Any help is appreciated. Thank You.
Your Name . Your Address . Your City, State, Zip Code . Your Phone Number . Your Email
If I have the power of attorney, can I sign a car title over to myself?
Do anyone know where I can find a good example of a LOI (letter of intent/interest) for potential investors? I really need to learn how to write one. No this is not for a school assignment. I need a good visual of how the letter should be written and formatted.. . Thanks in advance for your help..
You can use either deed poll or statutory declaration. You can find examples of both easily on the internet. Others have given you sites for deed pool info, the Citizens Advice Bureau has a wording for a statutory declaration and there will be plenty more via Google etc.. . You can draw up your own statutory declaration but you'll need someone to swear it for you
I am leaving my job after 6+ years of service and relocating to another part of the country. I want to part ways on good terms, even though I am somewhat disgruntled at the moment. I need help drafting a letter of resignation that is polite, so as to not burn any bridges. However, I do want to convey my feelings of hurt and what I perceive to be a lack of reciprocal loyalty. Can this be done? Is it ethical? Is it proper? Is it professional? Am I just crying sour grapes? If you can offer any guidance, please do!!!.
