  • Attorneys, Sheldon Goldstein and Michelle Scopellite, formed Goldstein & Scopellite, PC, in the year 2002. Since then, they have successfully achieved wins for their clients. Their mutual goal in setting up this practice was to help clients in understanding the legal process and the issues that will confront them throughout the legal process. They knew, from their own previous experiences, what it was like to not have an attorney respond or act upon their requests. Therefore, when they formed Goldstein & Scopellite, PC, they made sure that customer service would be paramount. In successfully achieving this goal, they now help their clients prevail through their business, negotiation or litigation process.

Rich in life's experiences, our attorneys bring to our firm a unique perspective that allows them to take a fresh look at common legal problems in each matter. They take the time to listen to their clients and they devise a legal plan designed to meet each of their clients' particular needs.

    Proactive Problem Solvers

The attorneys at Goldstein & Scopellite, PC pride themselves in being able to help their clients steer clear of long and expensive legal disputes, when possible, and to find alternative means of dispute resolution. However, if needed the attorneys at Goldstein & Scopellite, PC will aggressively represent their clients throughout each of the litigation cycles. Attorneys, Sheldon Goldstein and Michelle Scopellite, are highly trained mediators, not only in civil disputes, but also in family law and they use this experience to make sure that issues are brought to the table and resolved.

At Goldstein & Scopellite, PC we take time to understand our clients' views and to communicate them either through drafting, or to the opposing party, in a way that facilitates effective resolutions to their legal desires or problems. Our attorneys are often able to effectively resolve legal disputes without protracted litigation. Hi. . I am self employed in the UK. Is tax reference (10 digit numerical number) the same as the UTR?? i found my tax ref on the rax return form but confused if its the same as UTR?. . Also I was a company employee for half a year and the other half was self employed. So in terms of filing the tax return, do I fill n only the half yr self employemnt return? as my employer has already paid for the other half.. . Please advice (UK answers only please). . many thanks.

how to seach the free website which teach people how to write the basic English business writing letter?

My kids are going to visit my parents in Michigan, while I live in Missouri. It's only for a month, but my parents want power of attorney just in case they need to go to the hospital for something. How do I go about doing this? As fast as possible. I forgot all about it and they leave Saturday..

With respect to your resume, that looks nice. I liked the Personal Summary part, that was convincing. Not sure about the "looking to develop their career", shouldn't "their" be "my"? (I am not a native English speaker, so maybe I do not understand this correctly). The second, objective-like sentence was a bit too general for me - that would apply to pretty much everybody looking for a job. Objectives are a bit outdated, you can maybe drop this line.. . As a US resident, I would interpret "good skills" as "not so good", but that might be different in the UK. Here we use words like "great".. . "well presented", what does that mean? That you can present yourself? That you look nicely groomed? I was not sure about that.. . "good telephone manner" - I would say great communication skills, but you already said that.

There are so many complexities in this question that you really should consult a lawyer. Was your husband official adopted by your stepmother? Did his stepmother treat your husband as he own child? Does the stepmother's estate consist of her own assets or did she inherit from your husband's father estate? All these questions, and many more, have bearing on how the estate would be divided under GA law. Unless you are willing to devote a lot of time and effort to fighting for what your husband deserves, you should consult an attorney.
